This Privacy Policy explains how Citadel Auto Transport ("Citadel," "we," "us") collects, uses, and shares the personal information of visitors who use our website (https://citadelautotransport.com) and the lead-capture forms hosted on it. Citadel is a marketing service that connects vehicle owners with FMCSA-licensed transportation brokers. We do not arrange transportation ourselves.
Information we collect
When you request an auto transport quote, you provide your name, email address, phone number, origin and destination ZIP codes, vehicle information (year, make, model, condition, modifications, value range), preferred trailer type, and pickup timing. You may also include free-text notes describing your shipment.
When you visit the site, we and our analytics providers may automatically collect IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, referring URL, pages viewed, and approximate geographic region. We do not collect precise location data.
How we use information
We use the quote information you submit to (a) route your request to one or more FMCSA-licensed broker partners in our network who can quote and dispatch your shipment, (b) follow up with you about your shipment, and (c) improve our service. We use automatically collected information to operate the site, troubleshoot issues, and measure marketing performance.
How we share information
We share the personal and shipment information you submit with broker partners in our network for the limited purpose of preparing and providing you a transport quote. We may also share information with service providers who help us operate the site (hosting, email delivery, analytics) under contractual confidentiality obligations.
We do not sell personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We may disclose information when required by law, valid legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Citadel, our users, or others.
Your choices
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing [email protected]. Depending on your state of residence, you may have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act (VCDPA), or similar laws. We honor verifiable requests for access, deletion, and opt-out of the sale or sharing of personal information.
You can opt out of marketing emails by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email we send. Opting out of marketing emails does not affect transactional emails related to a quote you requested.

Our site uses essential cookies to operate. If analytics are enabled, we may use first-party analytics cookies to measure aggregate site usage. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or cross-site tracking.
Data retention
Quote requests are retained for as long as needed to provide service and meet legal, accounting, and reporting requirements (typically 24 months from your last interaction). You can request earlier deletion using the contact information below.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No internet transmission or storage system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
